DS8
DS8 makes the sounds around the notes: sirens that fall off a cliff, wobbles that breathe, zaps, sweeps and rising tension.
Inspired by a long-gone boutique synth that few people ever got to own, it has one oscillator, one LFO and one envelope. Instead of a patch bay, a single dial rewires how they modulate each other & changes the character of the sound.
It is quick to use and it sounds rough in a good way. There are no menus and no tabs, and the whole device fits in one small window.

96 ways to patch
One dial rewires the whole synth. Move it a click and the siren turns into a wobble, a laser, a slow pulse or a sub drop. The routings are connected, so you hear the difference immediately. Sweep through them until something sounds wrong in a good way, then keep it.
Shape it
Pitch, depth and the movement of the LFO decide how the sound behaves. Keep it gentle for a slow breathing wobble. Push it hard for metallic, bell-like tones that tip into chaos. Attack and Release decide how a sound arrives and how long it lingers. Short settings give clicks and zaps, and long ones give swells and falls.
Dub Echo
For instant vibes, there's full dub echo built as last stage of the module – making DS8 a complete synth voice for dub sirens, bleeps, blops and drones!
